Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a session or engaging with any services offered through punitahuja.com. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services offered

Punit Ahuja offers 1:1 coaching services and speaking engagements. Coaching is a professional relationship focused on personal growth, mindset, and self-awareness. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional.

2. Bookings and payments

All coaching sessions are booked through DaySchedule and payment is processed via Razorpay. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling policy

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. If I need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Discovery call policy

The Discovery Call is a paid, 30-minute introductory conversation. It is not a coaching session. The fee for the Discovery Call is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with coaching thereafter.

5. Speaking engagements

Speaking fees, terms, and deliverables for corporate, start-up, or educational institution engagements are agreed upon separately via written confirmation. No speaking engagement is confirmed until both parties have agreed in writing and any applicable deposit has been received.

6. Confidentiality

I will keep all information shared during coaching sessions strictly confidential, in accordance with ICF ethical guidelines. I ask that you respect the confidentiality of any frameworks, materials, or intellectual property shared during our sessions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on punitahuja.com — including written copy, frameworks, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Punit Ahuja. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Coaching is a collaborative process and outcomes depend on the effort and engagement of both parties. While I am committed to providing the highest quality of service, I cannot guarantee specific results. I am not liable for any decisions you make as a result of our coaching work together.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

10. Changes to these terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
