Start with a Discovery Call
This is not a coaching session. It is simply a starting point — an open conversation to help both of us decide if moving forward together makes sense.
In these 30 minutes, we'll have an honest, no-pressure conversation where I'll walk you through what coaching really is, how it works, and what it can — and cannot — do. You'll leave with a clear understanding of whether coaching is the right tool for where you are in life right now.
We'll also get a sense of each other. Coaching is a close, trust-based relationship, and compatibility matters. This is as much your opportunity to evaluate me as it is for me to understand you. There's no commitment expected on either side.
